"Vickory Creek Covered Bridge" by Ken Rowland
What can I submit for the Heritage Exhibit? Roswell Photographic Society is participating in Roswell’s annual Heritage Days by celebrating the people, places and events that make the city. That could be historic buildings, non-historic buildings, Roswell events (e.g., cycling, boating, Colors Festival, Youth Parade, Alive After Five, etc.) and everyday life that show how Roswellians honor the past and present to help preserve our history.
How are entries submitted? Each member may submit up to eight entries. Entries must be prints on 8" x 10" or 8" x 12" paper (or similar) that will fit into a 9" x 12" envelope. Download or Print the entry form here.
Where can I submit my entry form and envelope? Entries will be accepted at our 3/5 meeting. Entries will also be accepted through Monday, March 12, at the Adult Recreation Center during regular business hours.
Will the images still be judged? Yes! The entries will be juried into the show, and then the awards will be selected once the exhibit has been hung.
What are the awards and prizes? Monetary awards along with ribbons will be given. The prize amounts will be determined by the number of entries.
Can anyone enter? You must be a 2013 RPS member in order to enter the exhibit.
