August 20th - Review - Topic: Silhouette
Silhouettes: A silhouette is defined as an outline that appears dark against a light background. More specifically, it is where your subject appears as a plain black shape against a brighter background. The subject can vary considerably, but needs to be a major element of the composition. Note that this is non-vintage, so images must have been taken in the past 12 months.

The RPS Galleries typically contain only the digital projection images. That's because we don't get digital copies of the print images that win places or honorable mentions. We love to have them in the galleries. So... If you got 1st through 4th place or an honorable mention in the print categories resize the longest side to 900 pixels and email a digital copy of your image to digitalreview@roswellphotosociety.org. We'll get it in the gallery.
