RPS 2007 Open Juried Competition and Exhibition

Roswell Photographic Society 2007 Annual Open Juried Competition and Exhibition. The annual RPS Fall Show will be at the Roswell Visual Arts Center (RVAC) Gallery from September 17 through October 27, 2007, in conjunction with Atlanta Celebrates Photography (ACP). ACP is a city-wide celebration of photography that includes exhibits, shows, and lectures all around Atlanta during October. Our Fall Show is open to Members and non-Members alike. It is a juried show, and up to six proofs may be submitted for the judging. These proofs may be dropped off at RVAC between noon and 3:00 p.m. on Saturday, August 18, or from 5:00 to 6:30 p.m. on Monday, August 20, 2007 (prior to the Club meeting). 2007 Bulloch Hall’s Annual Magnolia Ball

Not all paparazzi are bad. On the evening of June 15th, RPS members volunteered and acted as paparazzi for Bulloch Hall’s annual Magnolia Ball. This fund raiser was held at the Atlanta National Golf Club and included a surprise visit from Marilyn Monroe. The ball’s attendees enjoyed being greeted by flashes and the photographers looking to get their shot. Click on images above to view gallery.
