Tom Vadnais – President
A consulting automotive engineer by day, Tom began seriously studying landscape photography in the Fall of 1999 by taking a workshop with the late Galen Rowell. Since then, he has taken numerous photography and Photoshop workshops with some of the most respected names in the business. They include: John Paul Caponigro, Willard Clay, Bruce Dale, Jack Dykinga, Thom Hogan, Bill Lea, Moose Peterson, Michael Reichmann, John Shaw, Vincent Versace, and Charlie Waite. During Autumn of 2001, Tom shot his last roll of film. He now teaches digital photography in workshops with both Willard Clay and Bill Lea. Tom also gives talks to cameraclubs. In both 2005 and 2006, he helped Charlie Waite put on MasterClass workshops in the US.

Tom Query – Treasurer
Tom Query has been taking pictures since he was 14 years old. He started with a Yashica 35. He now shoots with a Canon 1Ds and a 30D. He is seeking to learn many different styles of photography. In 2006 he won Second Place in the Canon National Parks Photo contest. This past year he made it into Tier 2 of the National Association of Nature Photographers (top 100 of the competition) and won a Judges Choice Award. He was juried into the Shepherd Center Photo contest for permanent exhibition. He has three images juried into the Southeastern Flower show in 2008. He will be an Artist in the Art Place gallery show of September 2008. He has placed in the Spring and Fall RPS shows in 2007. He won first place in the Roswell Heritage show in 2007. His photos are in Georgia Magazine Feb/07 in an article on a Folk artist and were used for an article on female Rowers in Blush Magazine in 2007. He loves being a visual artist and looks forward as to what he will capture in 2008.

Roy Gordon – Secretary
A native of Savannah and a resident of Atlanta since 1981, Roy retired in 1996 after a 40 year career as a real estate consultant. He developed an interest in photography in the 1980s and took courses at the Southeastern Center for the Arts also attending various workshops sponsored by the Rocky Mountain School of Photography and Santa Fe Workshops. He is a long time member of the Southeastern Photography Society and the Atlanta Photographic Society and has served as President of both organizations. He was "Color Photographer of the Year" in 2007 in both of these photography clubs based on points accumulated in monthly competitions. He has participated in numerous photography shows including the Hunt Gallery in Birmingham, Alabama, North Fulton Chamber of Commerce, the Shepherd Center and the Southeastern Flower Show as well as shows sponsored by the Roswell Photographic Society and Atlanta Photographic Society.

Bob Jones – Past President
Bob is a retired Management Consultant and has been a dedicated photographer for more than 40 years. He has taught photography, and is a long time member of the Roswell Photographic Society. His experience spans many photographic specialties, with a particular interest in nature, scenic, people, and abstract images. More recently, Bob has expanded both his personal and fine art work into all aspects of digital imaging. His images have been published in Shutterbug and Photographic magazines and have won awards and been sold in photographic exhibitions. More recently, Bob won 1st place in the national Canon/Photographic Magazine contest themed "Are you a Rebel?" Believing that photographic art should be affordable, Bob’s prints are sold at modest prices in selected gift shops and galleries.
